Maori sliver is a mixture of Corriedale and Coopsworth. It is perfect for dry and wet felting. With a micron count of 27, needle marks will show less than fibers of a lower micron count. The fibers are combed relatively straight and have a staple length of approximately 2 - 3 inches.
The wool is MULESING FREE. The dyes comply with the Oeko Tex Standard 100 parameters and are made in a dye plant that is GOTS 5.0 and GRS certified.
